My experience of NGU has been fantastic. I contracted NGU to carry out some refurbishment work on a property. From start to finish the communication has been first class. The managing director Chris has been in constant communication with regular video updates on work carried out. He has also been kind enough to offer his advice when there have been different solutions for overcoming the situations that inevitably come up when undertaking a refurb. Annelise, the Lettings & Sales Manager has also been terrific in getting the new tenants onboarded and moved in, all within 3 weeks of the refurbishment; and this is in January, which is never an easy time to get new tenants in. I cannot recommend NGU enough.
