It’s really easy to go with the cheapest, especially when it comes to tradesmen since there are tonnes of unskilled tradesmen willing to bodge a job for cash.

It has to me when I started refurbing properties I had no tradesmen, no experience and very little knowledge. I also wanted to get that refurb. done at an incredibly cheap price just to tell my mates how clever I was. Does that sound familiar?
