One of the most frustrating things when a tenant moves out is those walls you’ve expensively had plastered which were nice and smooth are now full of holes when they move-out. You want to tear your hair out 😭

One of the main reasons can be the elusive “curtain pole”. I know it isn’t as dangerous as a lion on the savanna 🦁 but it can certainly do some damage!

What happens is people often get their drill out and decide to do their own DIY on your newly plastered walls 👷‍♀️

Creating multiple holes, damaging the plaster work, using about 4 different plastic plugs and when they want to remove the curtain pole rather than taking the screws out it looks like they’ve just ripped the holders from the wall!

I know my DIY isn’t great but please…
