Hope your well as promised I’ve done another Property Weather Forecast for September, sorry it’s a bit late.

It hopefully gives you a snap shot of areas which are doing well in the North-East (sunny) and those which are doing poorly (raining).

You’ll be glad to hear as the autumn draws in it’s not all rain and we’ve definitely got some sunshine up here at the moment.
