“Renting Property Isn’t Always Easy!”

You know what it’s really hard sometimes. You won’t hear this on a property course or on “Homes Under the Hammer” but sometimes you have to deal with the good, the bad and the ugly.

I’ve been a landlord and letting agent for over 12 years, with my brother Chris, and everything isn’t always a bed of roses 🌹🌹🌹

This pandemic is causing all sorts of issues for people and sometimes, unfortunately, the only way to resolve them is to get possession back of a property.

The Ugly: 👹

Recently we needed to get a property back, since the tenant had sublet it after being arrested during lockdown.

The Bad: 👺

The property needed turning around for the rental market. It needed a clean, bits of handyman work and the rubbish removing. The only way to do this was to be systematic and NOT TO PANIC!
