I thought I’d update you on the changes to the property market as the government has begun to lift restrictions.

Last Wednesday, tenants and buyers were allowed to do “physical” viewings on properties. As a result we’ve brought another member of staff back from furlough and have begun to safely perform viewings.

More importantly, we’ve produced a “Corona Virus Risk Assessment Policy” to ensure viewings are conducted safely for both our tenants and staff.

We’re currently only performing viewings on empty properties, ventilating them well beforehand and during viewings and leaving all doors open to avoid contact with surfaces and handles. Also any tenant queries are performed outside at a safe distance.

Just to let you know, safety is our watchword but we’re working incredibly hard to get properties let for our landlords.

If you have queries or your letting agent still remains shut, let me know and we’ll see if we can help?
