If you are facing a void period and your property seems to be sticking, one of the many reasons a property remains empty is that it’s not up to the correct standard.
At NGU we have a specialist refurbishment department for the lettings market, and we know precisely what work is required to rent a property out.
Our knowledge isn’t based on the 100’s but the 1000’s of developments we have performed.
Before we begin each project, we perform an 800+ point development check-list to ensure we know the full scope of any work required. This ensures any remedial work is performed and once a tenant moves-in they’re not asking for lots of work which could have been missed – doors & windows not shutting, leaks under the sink, broken drawers, cracked toilet seats, lights not working etc. – things which are not always obvious. This ensures the property is in the correct condition for a new tenant and goes into more detail than provided by a general builder.
We offer a full scope of work – plumbing & heating, electricians, painting & decorating, roofing, plasterers, tiling, glazers, locksmiths, carpentry, cleaning, rubbish removal, gardening, general building work, central heating service & repair, full scale developments
