#Mid-Week Top Tip
Flow Chart For Evicting A Tenant
Hello
We analyse all of our different websites’ data and are very thankful for our THOUSANDS of regular article readers!
Over the past two weeks there were 321 BRAND NEW READERS to the top tips and different articles we post.
An interesting statistic showed that a large portion of our readers are aged between 18-34, I can imagine that a lot of these readers are 1st time landlords and are investing in property at an amateur level and may not have encountered all of the circumstances you may face when investing in property.
For this reason I decided to create a flow chart showing the steps a landlord typically takes during the process of evicting tenants. The chart doesn’t reflect every open option available; the chart displays the most common options and solutions, along with the pros and cons of each possible route.
