Postcode Analysis

Through our experience of buying, selling and managing buy-to-let

properties in the North East we have developed and refined our

knowledge of the best and worst areas to invest in.

Although we are very familiar with all the different areas of the North

East we are committed to furthering our knowledge. We continue to

monitor the performance of properties for sale and to let in different

areas.

Each month we analyse the performance of every post code in the

North East. We examine the average length of time on the market for

rental/sale properties before they are tenanted/sold.

We monitor the performance of each postcode, looking for any

developing trends so we can identify the areas where property is

selling/letting quickly.

This helps to identify the demand in these areas and allows us to

identify the best areas to sell and rent in.

This table shows some of the post codes in the North East. Anything

above 18% for sale and 15% for let shows a consistently strong area

to invest in, depending on your strategy.

You can see the green areas here are the post codes that are

performing particularly well while the red areas are the post codes

you should avoid.

This table is updated monthly so we are confident that we are sourcing

properties in the best performing areas.
