You ever wondered why some sport teams are better than others or why some companies seem to improve their service, while others stand still?

When we first started we’d get different tradesman in to do different properties and we’d do bathrooms and kitchens differently on the basis of what kitchen was going cheap at B&Q! Sound familiar?
What that meant is we had no consistency of product.
We now know what a NGU kitchen is like, same for a bathroom, decor etc.
We’ve recently improved the way our bathrooms look, we’ve moved away from moon stone tiles to ceramic effect tiles to create a really nice finish to our bathrooms. Why?
- These are totally on trend
- Due to our buying power we’ve managed to negotiate only a small increase in price
- On a bathroom this will only be a £20-£25 increase on tile price
- That’s a lot better finish we’ve negotiated for very little EXTRA MONEY!
