When I first started refurbing my own properties everything was about saving £’s.

  1. I’d buy the cheapest paint BUT had to buy more of it 🤦‍♂️
  2. I’d buy the cheapest boiler WHICH didn’t last 😪
  3. The carpet and underlay was bargain bucket and never saw two tenancies 😓

Have you ever made mistakes like this where you think you’re saving money but it costs you more in the long run?

Even if the goods and materials you buy last, by going cheap, you often don’t get the same choice in tenant or it takes longer to let?

That’s why we like to spend that tiny bit more, we’re not talking £’000’s but literally a few extra pounds to get that better finish and ultimately that better tenant.

See the video below, we recently did a refurb and put some “boutique” doors throughout the property. I’m sure you can agree it gives it a better finish and helped us to rent it more quickly 😁

As always our aim is to create sustainable property wealth, for our landlords.

These haven’t been honed in lettings offices are behind computer screens but through the nuts and bolts of being landlords ourselves.

Every tip and trick we learn is given for FREE.

If you want us to do the same for you through managing your property – let me know.

And most of all a Merry Christmas 🎄🎄🎄
