Step 1: Make sure you have a top-quality product! That means that all works are complete to a good standard before marketing begins.

Step 2: Market your property correctly- Make sure the images are top quality and there is an in-depth description with key selling points.

Step 3: Create a block viewing to generate maximum interest and competition between tenants allowing you to cherry-pick your ideal candidate.

Step 4: If there is a lot of interest, test out a higher rent.
