I thought I’d share another video we’ve recorded with a landlord whose willing to share their life-story.

Tom Soane is a landlord we’ve known for a while – he’s all about managing things hands off so he can become anonymous to the process of landlording.

Obviously to do that you need someone to look after your property whether it’s an agent or a family member. We have lots of landlords who like that arm-chair service.

Infact I was chatting the other day to a landlord who wanted as little involvement as possible. They only wanted to be contacted if the expenditure on their property was above a certain amount or there was an issue with the tenant. That’s a lot of trust to put on us but we’d known them for several years and they seemed like they were happy with that trust in us – which was great!

The good thing as well is that all our properties, which are developed, are also checked off at Director level so we also check on the people checking on the people checking! So hopefully we don’t miss anything 🤞
