✔️We’ll thoroughly vet all your tenants before they move in; good tenants mean longer tenancies, fewer rent arrears, and less maintenance.  By vetting your tenants thoroughly, checking references from previous landlords, creditworthiness and social media background checks you’ll earn more money.

✔️We’ll review your rent once a year.  We check rents once a year increasing them to 5% below the market rate, to reduce voids while also increasing your income.  We’re fair to landlords and tenants generating the best outcomes for both.

✔️We have access to vetted tradesmen who charge the going rate.  You won’t have to deal with cowboy tradesmen charging exorbitant rates.  You’ll get the right finish for the right price!
