2023 has been a challenging year for our landlords who have had to navigate sharply increasing interest rates alongside the cost-of-living crisis which has affected everyone.

However, we predict that 2024 will be better for all.

Over the last year rents have increased, interest rates have appeared to peak with markets anticipating that rates will come down 1% next year, and house prices seem to have stabilised, with only a small decrease of 0.5% this year.

So what are our predictions for 2024?
