👀 One to watch: Teeslink

A 54-acre site in Stockton, roughly the size of 30 football pitches, is being transformed into Teeslink - a new industrial and logistics development bringing 775,000 square feet of business space to the borough. Rula Developments expect it to create around 1,000 new jobs, with the first buildings ready for businesses to move into later this year. Unlike a new housing scheme, this is a genuine demand driver - more jobs locally tends to mean more people needing somewhere to live nearby.
