Middlesbrough continues to outperform the national market for sales.  Over the last 12 months, prices have increased by 4% vs the national average of 2%.

As you can see below the hottest areas are TS1 & TS3 for sales prices which are up 5% over the last 12 months, sellers here are seeing a pretty buoyant market.
