I’m not but I’m hoping you think our kitchens and bathrooms are!

When we develop properties we always try to use materials which will give you the greatest life span, generally in wet areas we prefer tiles over vinyl due to longevity but you know what we’ll also do a budget development.

Ultimately we try and provide the best advice we can but we also need to adapt to what our customers / landlords want. When I first started out in property, most vinyl seemed to be a dirty horrible brown – now you can get some pretty funky designs which really add to the look and feel.

At the moment we’re finding Victorian looking vinyl really on trend and we did a fantastic development recently where we reused the kitchen by just repainting the kitchen fronts in grey!

Why?

Because anyone viewing a property will always subconsciously make mental notes of the kitchen and bathrooms (they’re your WOW areas).

So if you can make these areas stand-out you’ll help to sell your rental property to potential tenants.
