At NGU Homes, we believe in doing everything possible to help our tenants maintain a positive and cooperative relationship. Unfortunately, there are times when a resolution is not possible due to a lack of communication and rent payment.

We documented a situation where we had to serve a notice to seek possesion. Despite our best efforts for months to assist the tenant who was in rent arrears, they stopped all communication with us and even blocked us on all platforms.

When we visited to serve the notice, the tenant did not answer the door, and we were greeted by a barking dog. As a result, we had to serve the notice via post and a formal notice to seek possesion was ordered.
