In the North East, house prices are up by 0.1% in the month and 5.8% on the year making the North East the fastest growing area in England

The next best being 2.3% so the North East is growing at almost 2.5 quicker than anywhere else in the UK.

The average days to sell has declined from 60 days to 55 days showing the relative strength of the market.

Momentum continues in the spring selling season with more buyers, sellers and agreed sales than last year. However the market remains price-sensitive, while higher than anticipated mortgage rates and long completion timeline pose additional challenges.
