A home visit is the final piece of the puzzle in terms of confirming your vetting process and doing your due diligence. In this case, although it can be disappointing to turn a tenant away after a full vetting process, it is still FAR easier to find a new suitable tenant than trying to evict a problem tenant once the tenancy begins.
