We took on this property when a landlord came to us after his tenant had moved out, leaving the property in a bad way and unable to generate an income.
Sadly, it wasn't just the tenant who had let this landlord down but also their previous agent!!

The letting agent had not only left them vulnerable by moving in a tenant who was unlikely to have been properly vetted, but they had also left two huge potential health and safety liabilities!!
Luckily, the landlord chose well the second time around and came to NGU to help.
Chris and the refurbishment team have given this property a HUGE makeover on a budget, in a matter of a few months, and now the property is back on the market ready to generate the landlord the maximum rental value!
