Before we begin each development, we perform an 816 point development checklist to ensure we know the full scope of work that is required, including any remedial work, so that once a tenant moves in they’re not asking for lots of work that could have been done before the keys were handed over.

We look for the things that tenants will notice:

✔️Doors and windows not shutting all the way

✔️Leaks under the sink

✔️Broken drawers, cracked toilet seats, lights not working, etc.

These are not always obvious, and general builders might miss them.

Making sure your property is right before a tenancy starts will mean your tenant has a great first impression, they are more likely to stay and are less likely to request lots of maintenance for little jobs you’ve missed.
