Anyone who enquires about a property with us will go through a pre-application form before booking a viewing. This is to help you understand your budget and what you will be able to afford so you don't apply for properties that you may struggle to pay for later.

We will only let to a tenant if we believe they can afford a property based on our strict criteria, similar to how banks lend money, so please don’t be offended if we can’t accept your application. We do accept Universal Credit tenants so will consider all circumstances.

Once you’ve found your dream home, we will help you every step of the way. You need to pay one week's rent to start our vetting process which only takes 7 days from start to finish meaning you could be in your property in less than 2 weeks!

After you’ve paid your rent and deposit upfront, we will be there to meet you on the first day of your tenancy, help you to sign your tenancy agreement and inventory, and provide you with the keys to your new home.

Most of the properties we market we also manage which means that we will be the point of contact between you and your landlord. With that, you can look forward to the following services:
